1. Introduction

Rabtly ("Rabtly", "we", "our", or "us") is a software-as-a-service link-in-bio platform at rabtly.site, operated by Osaad (also trading as Osaad.tech), that lets you create a single public page at rabtly.site/your-username to share your links, social profiles, and contact details. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to rabtly.site and all related pages and features.

We aim to comply with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “PDPL”), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and the Google API Services User Data Policy for our use of Google Sign-In. By using Rabtly, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect what is needed to run your page:

  • Google account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and Google profile picture. We use this only to create and secure your account.
  • Profile content: your chosen username, display name, bio, links, section titles, social handles, selected template, colour, and font.
  • Images you add: a profile picture or link images you upload, or an avatar you generate within the app.
  • Technical data: basic information your browser sends automatically (such as IP address, browser type, and device type), used for security and to keep the service running.

We do not ask for or store passwords (sign-in is handled by Google), and we do not collect payment information — Rabtly is free to use.

3. What Is Public

Rabtly is built to publish a public page. Anything you add to your profile — your username, display name, bio, links, social handles, profile picture, and link images — is publicly visible to anyone who visits your page or finds it through a search engine. Please do not put information on your page that you want to keep private. Your email address from Google is not shown publicly.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Create, secure, and manage your account.
  • Build and publish your public link-in-bio page.
  • Store and serve the images you upload or generate.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Detect, prevent, and address abuse, spam, and security issues.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your Google data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

5. Google Sign-In & Limited Use

Rabtly uses Google Sign-In for authentication. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request basic profile information (name, email, and profile picture) to identify you and create your account. We do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide the service, and we never use it for advertising.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

Where the PDPL or GDPR applies, we process your personal data on the following bases:

  • Consent: you choose to sign in and publish a page.
  • Contract: processing is necessary to provide the service you requested.
  • Legitimate interests: keeping Rabtly secure, reliable, and free of abuse.
  • Legal obligation: where we must comply with applicable law.

7. Service Providers We Share Data With

We use trusted third parties to run the service. They only process data on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments:

  • Google — sign-in and authentication. Privacy Policy
  • Hosting and database providers — to securely store your account and profile data and run the service.
  • Cloud storage providers — to store and deliver the images you upload or generate.
  • Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) — our Merchant of Record, which processes in-app purchases and payment data on its own infrastructure. Rabtly never receives or stores your full card details. Privacy Policy

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Rabtly, our users, or the public.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (for example, your language choice or dismissing the cookie notice). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but signing in may not work if essential cookies are disabled.

9. Data Retention

We keep your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect your Google account, your Rabtly account and all associated data — including your profile, links, socials, and uploaded images — are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We may retain limited records where required to comply with the law or resolve disputes.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data (you can edit most of it directly in your dashboard).
  • Erase your data by deleting your account at any time.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

You can delete your account yourself from the dashboard, or contact us on WhatsApp (+971542881680) to exercise any of these rights.

11. Children

Rabtly is not intended for children under the age of 13, and you must meet the minimum age required by Google to use Google Sign-In. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. International Transfers

Our service providers may store and process data on servers located outside your country, including outside the UAE. Where this happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the protection of your personal data in line with applicable data protection laws.

13. Third-Party Links

Your page and our service may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any information with them.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of Rabtly after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
