Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record
Rabtly is operated by Osaad (also trading as Osaad.tech). All payments on Rabtly are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the legal seller for these transactions, so all refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's policies. Your bank statement will show a charge from Paddle.
2. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms, together with any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights you have under the law of your country.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@rabtly.site with your Paddle order/receipt number, and we will help process your request through Paddle. You may also contact Paddle buyer support directly via the Paddle Buyer Terms.
4. Cancellation
Paid templates are billed as an annual plan that renews automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
