1. About Rabtly

Rabtly ("Rabtly", "Platform", "we", "our", or "us") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) link-in-bio platform at rabtly.site, operated by Osaad (also trading as Osaad.tech). It is cloud-hosted software, accessed online through your browser, that lets you create and host a public page at rabtly.site/your-username to share your links, social profiles, and contact details. Rabtly is free to use, with optional paid premium templates. By creating an account or using Rabtly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by Google to use Google Sign-In. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use Rabtly only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using Rabtly, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

  • You sign in with your Google account; you are responsible for keeping that account secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens on your Rabtly account.
  • You may have one account per person unless we agree otherwise.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

4. Usernames

Usernames are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and remain the property of Rabtly. Once chosen, a username generally cannot be changed. We may reserve, reclaim, or remove usernames that are misleading, infringe someone’s rights, impersonate others, are offensive, or are used in violation of these Terms — for example, squatting or trademark infringement.

5. Your Content

You own the content you add to Rabtly — your links, text, images, and other materials ("Your Content"). By adding Your Content, you grant Rabtly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and serve it for the sole purpose of operating and providing the service (for example, publishing your public page). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as required by law or in routine backups.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rabtly to:

  • Post or link to unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, scams, or otherwise harm visitors.
  • Share sexually explicit material involving minors, or any content that is illegal under UAE law.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person or organisation.
  • Send spam, or use the service for unsolicited bulk or automated activity.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

7. Pricing, Plans & Payments

Rabtly is free to use, including most templates and features. Some premium templates are paid. Our current pricing is:

  • Catnap premium template — AED 49 per year (auto-renewing annual plan).

Paid templates are billed annually and renew automatically each year unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. The price is always shown to you before you pay.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle is the seller of record for these transactions and handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, and your bank statement will show a charge from Paddle.

Premium templates are unlocked on your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content will be preserved. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Rabtly lets you publish links to third-party websites and services that we do not own or control. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Termination

You may stop using Rabtly and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, links, socials, and uploaded images. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licences already granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabtly and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the service. Because Rabtly is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is normally zero) or AED 100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rabtly harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand what we collect and how we use it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of Rabtly after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
